Mugure Mugo is the founder and managing director of Preciss International, Kenya’s first business process outsourcing (BPO) company.

She is also the founder and former managing director of E-Business Solutions. She was nominated to the international Who’s Who of professionals in 2008–2009 because of her work in Kenya’s outsourcing industry.

She fills various roles in the local and international ICT sector, including being the Kenyan representative to the Global Sourcing Council and a member of the strategic advisory committee of the Kenya BPO and Contact Centre Society.

She has served in the Nationwide Task Force on E-commerce (NTFecom) and Kenya Network Information Centre (KENIC) boards. Before starting Preciss International, Mugo was marketing manager at Car & General (Trading) Ltd. and a sales executive at the International Communication Systems Limited.

She has a master’s in International Business Administration from the United States International University (USIU) and a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Moi University
