This is the second in a four-book mini-series by the Kenya Yearbook Editorial Board (KYEB), capturing key interventi ons by the Nati onal Government in Manufacturing, which is the first Pillar of the Big 4 Agenda and the Third Medium-Term Plan (MTP III). The other three Pillars of the Big 4 Agenda are Affordable Housing, Universal
Health Coverage (UHC) and Food Security. This Under the Manufacturing Pillar, the Government has set a target of enhancing Manufacturing from 9.2% to 20% of GDP by the end of the end of the 2021/22 Financial Year.
